Hertfordshire residents recognised in Queen’s Birthday Honours 2021

15 Jun 21

The Queen’s Birthday Honours celebrates the extraordinary efforts and achievements of individuals from all over the UK, with 23 Hertfordshire residents recognised in 2021.

The list this year includes individuals who have worked tirelessly throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, from frontline workers and community heroes, to those who have helped support local economic recovery.

It is the most ethnically diverse list to date, with 15% of recipients coming from an ethnic minority background. Almost 23% of recipients are recommended for their services during the pandemic.

We would like to congratulate the many Hertfordshire residents whose invaluable efforts and achievements have been recognised.
